I have been licenced selling real estate since 1987.  My experience of these past 23 years have given me the opportunity of dealing successfully both in up and down economies/markets.

I have a B.A  from the University of Waterloo, majoring in accounting/economics.  This background gave me a solid foundation, understanding branches of real estate, more specifically, financing, qualifying buyers and sellers, and understand/interpreting market trends.
